Role Description General Counsel Role Summary: Our client is searching for a General Counsel to join their team. The General Counsel (GC) serves as the chief legal and risk officer for the organization, providing integrated support across its diverse portfolio of growth-focused businesses. This role oversees all legal affairs and enterprise risk and serves as a strategic partner to the executive team and Board on matters affecting commercial models, strategic partnerships, M&A, regulatory compliance, and scalable expansion. The General Counsel will translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance that enables the organization to pursue its growth agenda with confidence and responsibility across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
