Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Teen Center - Topeka, KS 66607Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $52,000.00 - $52,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesPrimary Function Oversee operations of BGCT Teen Center i.e. “The Club” with the primary concern for strategic planning and operations of the Teen Center; develops a comprehensive recruitment strategy and plan of action in the areas of outreach, membership retention and recruitment; program budget management and effective staffing that will work together to support the distinct developmental stages of the tween/teen membership population. Provides leadership and direction to BGCT Teen Team in carrying out the key roles assigned to them. Works in partnership with the Executive Team in the acquisition of resources, provides the lead oversight and assurance of funding outcomes and expectations and reflected in funding awards for teen programs, initiatives and the BGCT Teen Center priorities.
