The core responsibilities of this role include: Plan, allocate, monitor WIP and post completed production to orders in SAP. Validate/audit cycle counts at the end of production runs. Understand and utilize system screens to monitor and move workload through the system. Work closely with Copack team to identify and eliminate overages, shorts and damages causing inventory issues. Manage the scheduling and unloading of inbound and outbound raw material shipments. Move trailers to and from dock doors. Processing MIGO Receipts for inbound raw materials and labels. Generate and utilize system reports and audit sheets to evaluate the shift progress. Interface with IT contacts in event of system-related barriers. Download, print, and distribute Purchase Orders and Work Orders. Assist as needed as a LTO with unloading Raw Materials and/or running a production line issues. Submit Invoices weekly for payment.
