J ob S u mma r y Prepare patients for provider exam, take vital signs, record patient history and assist in office procedures. Administer treatment, medications and injections as ordered. Conducts pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts prior to appointment with recent test results and correspondence. Call patient regarding test results as instructed by provider. Performs blood collection by venipuncture and arterial puncture.
