Our team is booming and we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Officer to join us in making this mission a reality. Tasks: Operations (80% of your time): - As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions. Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users. - You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs. - You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues. Projects (20% of your time): - You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us. - You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
