We are seeking a highly skilled, relationship‑oriented data professional to support IU Health’s participation in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade program , a nationally recognized patient safety designation. This role will partner closely with clinical and executive leadership including the Chief Medical Officer to facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting that supports patient safety, quality outcomes, and organizational decision‑making. This is a new role in 2026 and will play a critical part in shaping IU Health’s approach to Leapfrog participation across multiple facilities.
