Behavior Support Consultant (HSPP) – Independent Contractor Location: Remote (Indiana-based) with occasional meetings in Warsaw, IN Job Type: Contract Compensation: $70 per hour/unit Schedule: Flexible hours based on client needs and authorizations Job Overview: We are seeking a licensed Behavior Support Consultant (HSPP) to provide behavioral support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is responsible for the assessment, development, oversight, and clinical approval of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), ensuring all interventions are ethical, person-centered, and compliant with Indiana state regulations and organizational standards. This is an independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and primarily remote work, with occasional meetings in the Warsaw office as needed.
