About the Role: The General Manager provides executive leadership across operations, practice, governance and administration while overseeing all therapeutic residential and care services. Reporting to the CEO, this role holds day‑to‑day responsibility for organisational performance and leads Area Managers and teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and values‑driven services. This role is also responsible for service innovation, strategic growth, governance excellence, and deputising for the CEO as required.
