Trust Administration Specialist I/II

Job description

Under the direction of the Manager, this position provides support in the administration of Personal Trust and Institutional Services accounts where the bank is acting as trustee, agent, custodian, and in other fiduciary capacities. Oversees daily operational activities for accounts and provides the highest level of customer service to internal partners, clients, and other professionals related to these accounts. As a Bank of Hawaii employee, you ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
