Hours: 7:00am - 16:30pm or 7:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm. Location: Jewson, Industrial Estate, Mercers Row, Garlic Row, Cambridge, CB5 8HY. Key Responsibilities: Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success. Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions. Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
