As a Senior Associate in the Special Credit Group within Commercial Term Lending, you support the management and resolution of defaulted and non‑performing commercial real estate (CRE) loans. You will analyze complex credits, shape liquidation and workout strategies, and execute solutions that maximize recovery while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory, compliance, and bank risk policies. Operating primarily across West Coast markets, you will produce clear, incisive portfolio reporting for Senior Management and collaborate across credit, legal, asset management, and servicing teams.
