Description Position Summary: The Safety & Security Manager will provide full support to the operations team to ensure leadership and management of the safety programs. To drive a consistent approach across all EHS activities on the RECARO RAU site. Driving forward the EHS management systems by influencing the management team, whilst working with the operations team to ensure compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: - Administrate the incident reporting/investigation program - Ensure OSHA compliance and assist with investigations & interactions - Administrate and perform safety related training tropics - Active in the planning and development of the site Emergency Preparedness program - Administrate the Infectious Disease programs - Develop and maintain the Powered Industrial Truck Safety program including training - Chair the site Safety Committee - Chair the site First Responders Team - Manage First Aid supplies & AED function/maintenance - Coordinate any Industrial Hygiene studies - Represent Safety components in ISO audits & interactions, and the site Environmental Team activities. - Develop and implement site securi...
