Service Excellence: All team members of Southeast Georgia Health System will promote service excellence by developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, other team members, and the medical staff and will ensure the highest quality of care by performing their responsibilities according to the highest professional standards. Essential Responsibilities: - Assists the Director of Facilities in the preparation all operational and capital budgets for the department as well as the creation and implementation of policies and procedures. - Assists the Director in ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities and agencies. - Coordinates the maintenance, testing, and inspection of Life Safety equipment, fire protection equipment, security systems and generators for the Health System. - Assists the Director in evaluating service contracts and purchasing practices to ensure best practice and pricing and consolidation between campuses. - Ensures department policies, procedures, plans, and required documentation are kept up to date and applicable to current standards. - Ensures all blueprints (especially Life Safety Drawings) and policies are kept up to date. - Performs...
