Job Description Would you like to be responsible for the installation and oversight of an automated intra-logistical warehouse system for the new LEGO manufacturing site? The Automation Engineer - Intra-logistical will be responsible for managing the automated equipment in the Materials Warehouse area. This will include conveyors, elevators, shuttle cars, robots, palletizers, lidders, and supporting equipment. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that the LEGO Production team meets the reliability requirements of the company and product quality through maintaining the automation of the equipment (preventative, predictive, corrective maintenance). Establish detail maintenance work instructions, user documentations, and trouble-shooting experience. Conduct analysis and investigations on equipment failures that significantly affect product quality, equipment uptime and packing capacity. Superuser for platforms like PLC programming, HMI, COMBI 2.0 ERP, SAP and WMS. Develop a standardized approach for robots, programming standards, safety protocols, operator interface, following standard and global implementations.
