WAGE DOE: GENERAL PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to support company operations by ensuring excellent oversight, customer service, and maximum productivity in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Store Accounting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure excellent customer service for general Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable - Make certain all store Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reporting deadlines are met - Ensure accurate and timely quarterly and year end close processes for store Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable - Ensure accounting processes and procedures are followed consistently and accurately - Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in areas of responsibility - Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner - Communicate openly, effectively, and frequently with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and store Accounting teams creating a positive team environment as a supervisor - Perform backup duties for Property Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and store Accounting - Assist as needed to ensure the success of...
