Job Duties: - Assist guests through the bike rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time. - Educate guests on available bike and demo packages, including bike types, suspension setups, sizing, and protective gear, to ensure the best match for riding ability, terrain, and trail conditions. - Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on the rental fleet, including drivetrain adjustments, brake bleeds, and pre‑ride inspections. - Properly utilize the rental POS system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned. - Consistent...
