We’re seeking a strong, proactive Structural Department Manager to lead Structural, Pipe, and Labor Departments while driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across executive leadership and project teams. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage Structural, Pipe, and Labor Departments supporting ship repair and modernization projects. Oversee structural steel fabrication, hull modifications, deck and bulkhead repairs, piping installation and testing, and general labor support.
