Currently, we are seeking a Black Belt Engineer professional to join our PRS Quality organization. The Black Belt Engineer will be responsible for the resolution of Product Development, Launch and Serial Life issues and develop strategy to enable the team to expedientialy identify Root Cause. The Black Belt Engineer will provide cross functional problem-solving support teams globally. Specifically, the Black Belt Engineer must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution of Propulsion Systems opportunities. The selected individual will have a "big picture" approach to problem solving and issue resolution -- the ability to reach from discontinuity.
