Summary: The Maintenance Lead is a person of integrity and respect and makes safety a priority by supporting operations efforts to identify, eliminate and reduce exposures to create a safe and compliant work environment. In being a proactive thinker, the Maintenance Lead, will lead by example and are responsible for motivating their teammates. As a communicator on a unified team, they will also be responsible for inspiring positive communication within their team(s) so they can work together toward achieving goals as well as building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Pay: · $33.77/ hour – Paid Weekly! · $3.00/ hour shift differential (required to work 4+ consecutive hours between 3pm-7am) · Weekend Premium Pay ($55.16/hour) Pay rate advancement possible through bi-annual skills testing · Profit Sharing Bonus · 401K Profit Sharing · Health Insurance (Medical, Dental & Vision) · Health Savings Account · Vacation/PTO · And Much More!
