Job Summary: The Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a single 3×1 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power generation facility. This role provides leadership and direction for plant operations, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, operational planning, and coordination with maintenance and technical support functions to achieve high levels of performance and availability. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations & Performance: - Lead and direct day‑to‑day operations of a 3×1 CCGT configuration, including gas turbines, HRSGs, steam turbine, balance‑of‑plant, and auxiliary systems. - Ensure plant operations comply with **dispatch requirements, operating procedures, OEM recommendations, and regulatory limitations**. - Drive continuous improvement in **safety, reliability, availability, and heat‑rate performance**. - Serve as the primary operational authority for abnormal opera...
