What You Will Do: - Lead identification, development, and implementation of EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO14001/ISO45001, NFPA, and all State and Federal regulations and requirements. - Lead EHS initiatives in a project management capacity. - Drive improved EHS and overall facility performance aligned with company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. - Provide leadership in EHS training development, delivery, and continuous improvement. - Develop processes for tracking, reporting, and maintaining training materials and compliance documentation. - Manage Workers Compensation programs, including case management, investigations, and coordination with Third Party Administrator. - Serve as company representative in Work...
