As a Customer Service Associate , you will be interacting with our customers to provide world-class service to Hertz customers by providing helpful, courteous, and quality assistance. This includes consulting with customers on their car rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections and ensuring that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.
