Quality Manager

Job description

You are responsible for the maintenance and proactive further development of the quality & hygiene measures and systems in the factory in accordance with the ISO standards and the requirements of the Principal Model. Requirements: - You develop and maintain plant based technical standards based on quality and food safety • You manage internal processes including certification program, sampling plan and customer audits • You direct, control and address problems regarding raw materials, ODMs and coils - You ensure that all operations within the department/plant are carried out in compliance with all necessary legal, hygiene and quality requirements - You drive Statistical Process Control in the plant - You create and develop your quality team - You Support the plant manager in setting local goals that are consistent with the strategic goals - You are responsible for the Management systems in plants: Quality 9001 and Food Safety 22000 & ISO/TS 22002-4 and ensure that they are up-to-date - You manage customer and supplier relationships and their quality through personal meetings, audits and complaints received - You are responsible for all cost and budget controls within the quality de...
