Summary: Night Shift- M-F (7am-7pm) The primary responsibility of this role will be to operate and maintain tufting machines to create high-quality graphics on artificial turf products. The Graphics Tufting Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate materials, adjusting settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure accurate and precise graphic designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tufting operations, strong computer skills, a keen eye for detail, quality minded and possess moderate mechanical aptitude. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Operate tufting machines to create graphics on artificial turf according to design specifications and customer requirements. - Set up and prepare tufting machines for production runs, including loading appropriate materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment. - Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent and accurate tufting of graphic designs, adjusting as necessary. - Conduct quality checks...
