After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract and Data Privacy Attorney to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to: - Draft, review, and revise proposed vendor contract language and provisions to ensure the company is receiving appropriate legal, cybersecurity, data privacy, and confidentiality protections. - Work directly with business unit contract owners to ensure vendor proposed delivery/application processes for products, services, or software conform to best practices in the industry. - Assist with cybersecurity incident response. - Assist with cybersecurity and data privacy policy development and compliance issues. - Assist with responses to consumer privacy requests and inquiries. - Prepar...
