Your Role: - Prepare and generate invoices for software subscriptions, support services, and BPO operations based on contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and usage data; - Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue invoices; - Investigate and resolve billing errors, disputes, and other discrepancies in a timely and professional manner; - Generate and distribute weekly or monthly billing reports and metrics for management review; - Assist in streamlining and improving existing billing procedures and processes; - Ensure all billing practices comply with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
