Job description

Support a team that works a night shift from 6-6 on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. SUMMARY: The Shift Manager is a front-line operations leader responsible for improving Quality, Human Safety, and Product Cost Efficiency while engaging and developing talent. This role leads teams of 25-30 production associates, ensuring operational targets are met. The Shift Manager focuses on safety, quality, performance management, continuous improvement, and associate development for their assigned area. They collaborate with the 24-hour Area Leadership Team to implement continuous improvement strategies and Supply Excellence initiatives. This leader is also responsible for building and managing an effective team, ensuring proper training, and enforcing policies.
