Hourly Rate: $29.56 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: To program and operate, when needed, CNC machinery while assisting management with leading and improving processes in the Quantum Fabrication department RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Perform as the Strong 2nd and back up to the Quantum Fabrication & Engineering Manager •Program CNC machinery, source tooling, and assist with design/construct fixturing for product launches •Assist with developing work instructions •Utilize lifecycle management software (Agile) to create and manage Bills of Material (BOM’s) •Assist with setting up machines and communicating instructions for operating to team members •Capitalize on strong organizational skills to facilitate product transition from quote to product release into production •Research better machining methods to improve job efficiencies •Assist Management with: •Perform daily floor support •Troubleshoot any issues with existing processes and programs •Perform various tasks including product packaging, assembling fabricated parts at floor stations, and performing basic operations on standard manufacturing machinery, as needed •Operate and maintain all types of heavy machinery/equipment, as needed •Ma...
