Job description

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). · 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, network engineering, or platform operations. · 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles. · Hands-on experience with Nokia platforms preferred. · Experience integrating Order & Activation Platforms (OAP) in fiber or telecom environments. · Proven success stabilizing, consolidating, and scaling platforms in high-growth organizations. · Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Systems Engineering & Enterprise Platforms: · Own systems engineering strategy across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments supporting enterprise and OSS-adjacent platforms. · Drive platform stability, lifecycle management, automation, backup, and disaster recovery. · Ensure architectural consistency and integration integrity across systems. · Act as escalation owner for OAP-related customer or wholesale activation issues.
