We are now hiring for a Lifeguard Supervisor. - Dental insurance - Free uniforms - Health insurance JOB DESCRIPTION: A Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for supervising lifeguards and ensuring the safety of all swimmers at the pool, slide, and/or lazy river at the property. The lifeguard supervisor must act immediately and appropriately in the event of an emergency to ensure lifeguards are following proper procedures and guests are safe. This position also requires training of new lifeguards and re-training of current lifeguards to maintain their skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Direct and supervise the daily operation of the lifeguard team - Ensure lifeguards are maintaining a high level of customer service and monitoring all safety protocols - Perform proper training, coaching, evaluation, and mentoring for lifeguard team - Ensure all emergency action procedures are followed, as necessary - Conduct swim tests, Lifeguard certification training and any other necessary training - Conduct in-service training sessions as deemed necessary by the company - Creates lifeguard schedules based on hours of operation and property occupancy - Develops rotation...
