Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish Academic Requirements: Required – RN/LVN Nursing License; Preferred – Graduate from accredited Nursing Program Certifications: Good standing as a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Texas Board of Nursing; current BLS certifications (PALS preferred); first aid; CPR Work experience : Required – Minimum of one (1) year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting; Recommended – Five (5) years of experience as a RN or LVN and two (2) years of management experience. Preferred – Pediatric nursing experience Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet and maintain all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position. 2.
