About the Role: Babcock is continuing to expand across the region, and we’re seeking a Senior Security Advisor to support our operations in Western Australia. Reporting to the Security Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our security environment and ensuring our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) obligations are met. It’s a position with real influence, shaping how security is delivered across the organisation while supporting the Security Manager in embedding best‑practice security. In this role, you’ll take ownership of executing DISP membership requirements, guiding the development of policies, procedures and security instructions for Western Australia, and helping uplift capability across the team. You’ll also play a hands‑on part in mentoring junior team members and delivering the education components of Babcock’s Security Program.
