Lead Associate: DMMI Production 1 - GIC Condenser Line 2 Tank Assembly / Furnace (GIC2A), Dept. 333 Core Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Willing to commit to the area for 3 years. - To be selected for a Lead Associate you must go through a selection process, consisting of: (1) Mechanical skill assessment (2) Panel Interview - Pre-Qualify ( REQUIRED PRIOR TO POSTING ) ** See HRBP/Associate Relations for details - Pass Communication Assessment (external candidates) - Pass Mechanical Assessment - Selection of eligible candidates for each position will be based on the following selection criteria: Combined score + (1) Same Shift, (2) All Shifts. - Once selected, you will need to complete all foundation course and process skill requirements to be promoted to a Level II Lead Associate.
