We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our casino hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth hotel operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment. Apply today!: QualificationsUnder direct supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. HS Diploma or GED required/ equivalent required. Prior customer service/guest service required. Must be 18 years of age. Prior work experience in the hotel or related field preferred. Proficiency testing may apply. Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants.
