About Team Our BEE team works on one of IPF Digital’s decision engines, responsible for maintaining and developing credit scorecards. You’ll join a collaborative Agile team focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in backend testing. This role is based in Poland, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets. Here's how you'll put your skills into action: Testing: Design and execute functional, E2E and UAT test cases based on business requirements, specifications and use cases, ensuring our solutions work as intended. Requirements Definition and Management: Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements, clarify assumptions and translate them into clear test scenarios. Quality Assurance: Support the team in maintaining high-quality delivery by reviewing test scripts, running dry-runs and ensuring testing activities are aligned with SDLC and STLC practices. Defect Management: Identify, document and manage defects clearly and effectively, helping the team resolve issues and improve product stability.
