Overview The Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner, leading the alignment of complex business needs with advanced IT solutions. In this senior capacity, the BSA II takes ownership of eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing the comprehensive requirements of diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and end users. The analyst not only drives collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams but also ensures that system solutions support and advance organizational strategy.
