ABOUT THE ROLE: Location : West Hollywood store Status : Full Time, or Part Time Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00/hr + Tip(s) Position Summary: The FOH Team Member will work in collaboration with the F&B Leadership Team and other team members to deliver exemplary service to all guests. This position displays warm hospitality while supporting the full scope of all stations and performs all FOH duties and responsibilities efficiently. The FOH Team Member is expected to be knowledgeable of all menu items, food safety procedures and POS duties to properly address any guest inquires. Primary Responsibilities: Welcomes all guests and informs them of any specials, new menu items, while answering any questions they may have. Maintaining a clean, organized, and sterilized FOH countertop, display area, and outside dining area. Remain educated on all food and beverage offerings on our menu, including individual ingredients, to ensure potential allergens are communicated with all guests. Have a general understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards. Immediately address any customer issues, questions, and overall comments.
