Description Position Summary: The Senior Electrical Maintenance Mechanic is a highly skilled, hands-on technical role responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and improving complex electrical systems and electrically driven equipment across the manufacturing facility. This position serves as the electrical subject-matter expert within the maintenance team and plays a critical role in equipment uptime, safety, and long-term reliability. This role requires advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems (110V–480V, 3-phase), motor controls, PLC-integrated equipment, VFDs, CNC machines, and facility power distribution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Electrical Systems (Primary Focus): - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems ranging from 110V single-phase to 480V three-phase power. - Install and modify electrical drops for production equipment, CNC machines, lasers, and workstations in coordination with operations and safety. - Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, transformers, sensors, encoders, and safety circuits. - Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, soft starters, HMIs, and PLC-controlled equipment. - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wir...
