To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.swanvalleyco-op.crs What you’ll do: Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Clerk’s responsibilities will include the following: - Utilize the production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake. - Follow established Co-op procedures to produce high quality baked goods. - Receive, inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environment. - Properly prepare, package and price baked goods. - Display and rotate baked goods as per established guidelines. - Process bakery orders from customers, prepare accurate invoices for those goods and provide customer service in line with the Co-op brand. - Observe and maintain sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat....
