Job Summary Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist ready to step into a clinical project leadership role without a traditional full-time caseload? We’re hiring a Team Lead, Clinical Excellence to drive clinical quality, clinician performance, and client outcomes across a growing allied health organisation. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives on systems, frameworks, and continuous improvement, and wants to influence how high-quality allied health services are delivered at scale. You’ll work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer to lead clinical governance, audits, standards, clinician development, and service improvement initiatives.
