DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER – COMPLEX / FORENSIC: SUPPORTS: EMPRESS SUPPORT SERVICES 📍 Location: Northern Suburbs (Donnybrook / Craigieburn Corridor) 💰 SCHADS: Award (Level based on experience) + penalties 🕒 Employment Type: Casual (structured ongoing roster) About the: Role We are seeking reliable and grounded female Disability Support Workers to join a structured support team for a participant transitioning into Supported Independent Living (SIL). You will be working within a low stimulus, structured environment, supporting a participant with psychosocial and behavioural needs, with a strong focus on routine, emotional regulation, and safety. You will work under the guidance of a Key Worker and leadership team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
