The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) , the Business Systems & Applications Manager leads the strategy, optimisation and management of Peninsula Hot Springs online and internal booking systems to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer experiences, and strong commercial outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of System Administrators. You will drive continuous improvement, manage the lifecycle of operational applications, and partner closely with Finance, IT, and operational leaders to deliver scalable, efficient and secure systems and processes.
