Human Resources Analyst III - Recruiter (LTE-District Temp)

Job description

We are looking to hire two (2) Human Resources Analyst III Recruiters for limited-term positions (up to 36 months) as part of a surge staffing project aimed at reducing vacancies. If you are a self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for making a difference, we want you to bring your talents to our team! In your role, you will partner/strategize with the hiring managers to acquire talent and educate/train hiring managers. Using your skills, you will develop advertisements, job postings, build applicant sources by networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate/communities for short and/or long-term opportunities. You will provide a great candidate experience through ongoing communication by providing applicants information about: job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits and promotional opportunities. You will maintain applicant tracking information and other pertinent recruitment and selection information as well as actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
