Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to consistently achieve financial, patient, and organizational goals by effectively leading a diverse team of healthcare professionals within a pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
