JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads enterprise listening and experience programs that inform culture, organizational effectiveness, and team member experience. This role owns the execution of the enterprise listening strategy and onboarding experience standards, applying Team Member feedback and organizational insights to set priorities, shape standards, and enable informed action planning. Serving as a trusted consultant to leaders and Talent & Culture Business Partners, the Manager translates listening insights into clear improvement priorities, practical guidance, and enterprise-level visibility into actions, progress, and impact. Orlando Based. Some Travel Required. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Lead enterprise listening programs across multiple methods by defining and managing cadence, timelines, communications, governance, and vendor partnerships, and ensuring listening mechanisms are executed effectively and consistently - Translate enterprise listening and organizational insights into clear, actionable guidance and priorities related to organizational effectiveness, culture, and team member experience - Serve as a culture and organizational effectiveness...
