Responsibilities / Tasks Job Summary: Performs production work according to customer requirements including welding and basic assembly operations in a Lean Six Sigma environment. Supervisory Responsibilities: - None. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Installs parts Welds internal and external parts Installs heads and sub arc Sub arc wrappers Assembles and welds supports, legs and angles Assembles and welds water boxes •Performs other duties as assigned. - Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets. Standard Compressor Packages: Assembles and welds sub assembly parts Installs package components Assembles weld and installs system piping - Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets. - Assist in training less experienced employees - Performs other duties as assigned.
