Job Description Shift Supervisor - Quincy, IL 12-Hour Rotating Shift Supervisor - Quincy, IL Job Description: Under the direction of the Plant Superintendent, the Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible for the operation, supervision, and performance of the Quincy soybean Extraction Plants on their assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading their team by providing direction, leadership, motivation, communication, training, coaching and discipline as needed and within site guidelines for all colleagues within the area of responsibility. This position will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends that fall within the rotation.
