Job Description Summary The Lead Internal Controls Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the organization maintains a strong internal control environment in alignment with SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) requirements, corporate governance standards, and broader risk management objectives. This role will lead control owners through end-to-end SOX compliance activities, drive continuous improvement, and proactively identify control gaps and automation opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working across cross-functional global teams.
