Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our team in the role of Specialist- Practice Operations This Specialist will provide support in practice operations for the organization and reports to the Service Line Administrator. They will monitor budgets and practice targets, evaluate and implement policies and procedures, manage projects, and work with all levels of management and physicians to accomplish goals. The Practice Operations Specialist will provide interim managerial support in the absence of a Practice Administrator and or Clinic Manager. Additional Responsibilities – Supports operational excellence by managing provider scorecards and maintaining an up ‑ to ‑ date performance dashboard to track key metrics across practices.
