Lead Buyer Sourcing ICT & Payments

Job description

Your role & work environment Capable of leading procurement projects and activities above 5 million €, up to high financial and high non-financial risk, including global deals, and facilitating the decision making of sourcing alternatives. Co-lead the creation and implementation of the procurement strategy and management of sensitive and strategic procurement issues. Report to the Head of Sourcing IT, Telecom and Payments, who reports to the Chief Procurement Officer. Your key responsibilities: Account management: - Act as a sparring partner, trusted advisor for the business (Exco members or direct reports of Exco members, including global level) in the development of their budget and business plans. - Build and implement a multi-year account plan incorporating client strategy, priorities, market intelligence and business interdependencies. - Independently drive stakeholder management, especially C-level (Exco members, CEOs of suppliers, …) to ensure that all stakeholder requirements (including critical risks aspects) are met in the procurement projects and strategies.
